6-Day San Diego Travel Itinerary for Families
Travel Designer Review:
Visiting SeaWorld in San Diego takes at least 6 hours of the day. In the park there are 4 main mechanical attractions, various animal exhibits and shows. The best known game is Manta.
It is important to buy entrance tickets in advance. The approximate cost of regular admission is 99 usd. There are several types of tickets, and you can buy them at: https://seaworld.com/san-diego/tickets/single-park-tickets/
There are some tickets that give you faster access to the attractions. If you go at a busy time of the year, consider purchasing this type of ticket.
Another recommendation that I have is that you make a good breakfast before entering the park to save a little. The other option is to buy the ticket that includes meals (although the food in the park is not very good).
If you arrive early and get in fast you will have more opportunity to see the animals without the crowds. Consider going directly to the end of the park and going in the opposite direction to avoid crowds as much as possible.
Wear clothes that can get wet or something that covers you very well from the water if you do not want to get wet on the attractions (although in some is practically impossible not to get wet). You can also bring change clothes. There is a particular game where you get very wet "Journey of Atlantis".
Baby food and bottled water are the only types of food that are allowed to be brought into SeaWorld. Try to make your meals at times when other people do not eat to make time efficient. Most visitors eat between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm.
Finally you can see the schedules of the shows a day before to know what time you have to be and where. To those who book this itinerary, I will share some additional tips so that they can enjoy their visit more.

The following suggested activities and notes are not included in the reservation of this itinerary. The Travel Designer included them so that you can optionally do them on your own during your trip.
San Diego is one of the most fun and interesting cities in the United States. In San Diego you can have fun at SeaWorld and see whales. Also visit the biggest zoo in the world and take the little ones with your family to Legoland.
The hotels suggested in this itinerary are of superior category and have excellent reviews. They are primarily found in the Gaslamp Quarter (https://www.gaslamp.org/) in the Heart of San Diego (they have a very reasonable price). Gaslamp Qurter is known as the Historic District of San Diego and is home to festivals and events throughout the year.
To get around San Diego it is highly recommended to rent a car because distances are very long. But if you want you can also use Uber.
